As spring arrives, bicyclists will begin to take to Indiana roads. The dangers of concussions make wearing a bicycle helmet essential--- avid cyclists are aware of this fact. Helmets are not just for serious riders however-- parents need to remember that their children should be wearing bike helmets even when just riding down the block or in the cul de sac!
